What size is the VATTI V931?

896 mm wide and 500 mm deep, or 513 mm counting the mats behind it. The canopy stands 620 mm over an 85 mm body and extends to 940 mm. Built into a cabinet it needs a 910 mm opening with a removable shelf above.

How high should the V931 be installed above the hob?

650 to 700 mm from the hob surface, which puts the bottom of the hood 1,500 to 1,550 mm off the floor over a standard 850 mm cabinet. A T-type hangs higher than a slant hood because the canopy projects over the cook.

What ducting does the V931 need?

A 7 inch run, hole 2,370 to 2,420 mm off the floor, outlet 200 mm across, hose 180 mm inside. It can also be run recycled where there is no riser to reach.

Is the V931 strong enough for wok cooking?

It is the gentlest hood in the range: 1,860 m³/h against 420 Pa. That suits a landed kitchen with a short duct and moderate cooking. For daily high-heat wok work, or a high floor on a shared riser, start at the V937 at 1,050 Pa.

How is the V931 cleaned?

Tru-clean, a hot-pressure steam wash run from the panel. The chamber carries a nano coating and the body an anti-rust coating, and oil filtration is 85%.

What warranty does the V931 carry?

Two years on the hood and ten years on the motor, for the original buyer, bought from an authorised dealer. Register it at VATTI eWarranty at the time of purchase.
