Spinning and even fire

Two fire covers doing different jobs: the inner one throws a double-layer straight flame, the outer one a whirling flame that spreads the heat around the base of the pan. 4.5 kW between them.

Eight speeds, 400 W to 4,500 W

A tactile card position for each: stir-fry, deep fry, soup boil, fry, grill, stewing, simmer and keep warm. You find the setting by the click rather than by watching the flame.

It holds a soup at 100°C

In intelligent mode the hob adjusts the flame itself to keep the pot at temperature: a soup or a porridge sits at 100°C without boiling over the side, which is the failure mode of an unattended pot.

It matches the pot

Different pots take heat differently, so the hob runs a different algorithm for each: the trace on the screen is the actual temperature chasing the set one, and the gap between them is what the matching closes.

Anti-dry burning, and a 99 minute timer

The left burner carries a temperature probe: past the critical value it cuts the flame by itself. The timer runs to 99 minutes with an on-screen reminder and an automatic gas cut-off at the end.

3D oxygen input

Air is taken in on three levels, and the labels on the diagram are those levels: twelve intake slots spiralling the top air, a skeletonizer guiding the central air, and a wide pilot tube siphoning the bottom air.

What makes the C835G an "AI" hob?

It works to a temperature instead of a flame setting. In intelligent mode it holds a pot at its target, 100°C for a soup or porridge, adjusting the flame itself so it does not boil over, and it matches its response to the type of pot standing on the burner.

What cut-out does the C835G need?

VATTI publishes no drawing or specification panel for this model, so there is no figure on this page to work from. Have your dealer measure the opening before ordering; the C823G and C836G both state their ranges outright if a stated fit matters to you.

How much can the flame be turned down?

To 400 W, which is a genuine simmer rather than a low roar, and up to 4,500 W for stir-frying. There are eight positions between them, each a tactile click.

Is it safe to leave a pot on it?

The left burner has a temperature probe with anti-dry-burning: past the critical value it shuts the flame off by itself. The 99 minute timer also cuts the gas at the end of its run, with a reminder on screen.

What warranty does the C835G carry?
