Rotational polythermal force

Two flame rings doing different work: an inner double-layer flame for concentrated heat under the base, and an outer ring that turns the heat around the sides of the pan. 4.5 kW on each burner, at Grade 1 energy efficiency.

3D oxygen input

Air enters on three levels, and the labels on the diagram are those levels: twelve intake slots spiralling the top air, a skeletonizer guiding the central air, and a wide pilot tube siphoning the bottom air.

On the counter, or into it

The same hob sits on a table top or drops into a cut-out, which is worth knowing before the joinery is ordered rather than after.

The valve closes itself

On an accidental shutdown the safety device senses it instantly, closes the gas valve and cuts the supply. Ignition is auto spark, from a battery.

What cut-out does the C821G need?

An opening 650 mm wide by 320 mm deep with R20 corners, and at least 110 mm of clear height in the cabinet below. The hob itself is 750 x 420 x 149 mm.

Can it sit on the counter instead of being built in?

Yes. The same unit works as a table-top hob or a built-in one, so it suits a kitchen where cutting the counter is not an option.

Is 4.5 kW per burner enough?

For everyday cooking, comfortably, and at 65% thermal efficiency it wastes less of that gas than most. For daily high-heat wok work the C836G reaches 5.5 kW and the C830G 6 kW across three burners.

What warranty does the C821G carry, and where can I buy it?
